Tridents Noble Arabians

It feels like forever since we’ve posted a riding adventure.  Today we drove to a nearby state park on a whim and were pleasantly surprised to find the best riding location of the summer.  Chippokes Plantation is a beautiful 1,600+ acre plantation turned state park bordering the James River.  The twelve foot wide level and grassy trails meander around the miles and miles of cotton, corn, and soybean crops.  H.T. and Kowboy, our gentlemen mounts, indulged themselves in every species of grass available.  We rode for over three hours at a good pace, covering about 10 miles.  Check out these great photos below.  We can’t wait to go back!
